HFLO was born in a season of change. 

After becoming a mom, I found myself starting over. I was learning my body again, navigating postpartum changes, and stepping back into fitness with a completely new perspective. My body was constantly evolving, and one of the most frustrating parts was never knowing what size I was from one week to the next. Nothing felt consistent. Nothing felt made for this phase.

I wanted pieces that moved with me, not against me. Pieces that made me feel confident on the days I did not recognize myself, supported during workouts, and comfortable enough to live in beyond the gym.

So I created HFLO.
